Why is the e-invoice configuration not working in BUSY?

To work E-invoice Properly then configure E-invoice setting, you will follow the given steps : 
 Step 1. Open BUSY
 Step 2. Go to Administration 
 Step 3. Then click on Configuration 
 Step 4. Then click on Feature and options 
 Step 5. Select GST\VAT 
 Step 6. Enable E-Invoice & E-way Bill and then mention from Place and Pincode.
 Step 7. Mention all details about E-Invoice & E-way Bill Configuration accordingly.
 Step 8. Then click on GSP configuration 
 Step 9. You will see options of enter Webtel and pinnacle ID'S.
 Step 10. Open E-Invoice & E-way Bill Portal and click on registration option and enable e-invoicing.
 Step 10. Click on left side e-Waybill portal using your existing credentials.
 Step 11. Go to Registration for GSP 
 Step 12. Authenticate yourself with OTP.
 Step 13. Add New User. 
 Step 14. Choose GSP Name as Webtel Electrosoft Pvt Ltd or pinnacle finserv advisors private limited.
 Step 15. Enter the appropriate Username and Password and add the user.
 Step 16. Enter the same username along with prefix and password in the credentials table under GST Setting in BUSY.
 Step 17. Go to Voucher series Configuration and select voucher type.
 Step 18. Select Voucher series in which you wants to E-Invoice & E-way Bill.
 Step 19. Click on voucher configuration
 Step 20. Enable Transport window on right top side.
 Step 21. Enable E-Invoice & E-way Bill option on right bottom side.
 To Registered E-invoicing On GST number, then you need to login E-invoice Portal and registration enable for E-invoicing.
 Step 22. Now you can add voucher and it's saving time you will see the window,Do you want to generate E-Invoice and then click on it.
 Step 23. You will see transport window fill it accordingly.
 Step 23. Then select Automatic and Check errors and resolve it accordingly.
 Step 24. Press F2 and save this window and generate E-way bill 
 Step 25. You can directly print E-Invoice & E-way Bill from BUSY and there is no time limit for print it.
