Why the option challan is not see in transaction in BUSY?and how can i enable it?

The sale or purchase challan,that option will not be shown separately in your transaction list.Instead,you will have an option in the transaction type to select Material Issue to Party and Receive from Party and there you will find the option to select Sale or Purchase Challan.
 To use Sales or Purchase Challan feature in BUSY,you can do the following steps:
 Step 1:Go to Administration menu,
 Step 2:Select Configuration,
 Step 3:Select Features and Options,
 Step 4:click Inventory Tab,
 Step 5:Here you can find the option is Enable Sale OR purchase challan,specify Y then save.
 Step 6:After enabling the Sale or Purchase Challan,In the Material Issued to Party and Material Received from Party vouchers,various options for creating challan appears under the Type data field, You can select the Sales Challan option if you are creating challan for sale of goods or you can select Purchase challan option if you are creating challan for purchase of goods.
 Step 7:Then if you wants to adjust your sale or purchase challan in your invoice, so when you can enter a transaction,after selecting a party then go in item feild, press F11 to your key board, the pending challan window will appear pick challan which you wants to adjust,then details will auto fill on your voucher then you can save.
 Step 8:To View Challan related reports,you need to go Display menu,click challan processing.
