This match case option shows when you do filter in any report.when you apply the filter for particular field and if that field data is get match in other field then it will show.

In BUSY expense report is different from the sales register. However you can view the Expense group ledger to check their transaction. Furthermore for any customization you can contact to your authorized channel partner.

Yes,you can see the old reports according to the desired date range from the display menu.If you disable the some feature then report related to that feature will not reflect in the display menu.

You can investigate what changed in your cash account by checking the ledger entries and transaction history to see if any recent entries or changes caused the negative balance. Some enteries balance become negative.
