No, there are setting for chart of Account list in BUSY ,If you want to check the reports related to organisation in BUSY then you can check there are muliple reports available in BUSY.

If you want to exclude an item from the report, you can hide it by pressing F9 on the row. This will remove the item from the report without deleting it from the data.

Ensure below steps if you are unable to edit or view bill which you have previously generated:
Step 1: Check user restrictions.
Step 2: Audited voucher can not be modify.
Step 3: Approved voucher can't be modify.

The Other Account Auto option shows while opening the ledger, it shows that data of other accounts details which is used in the entry rather than the account ledger which we have open it.

In BUSY, the Accounting Reports already include the net amount column. However, you can also add a custom column for the amount if you want. You can customize the column according to your needs.

In BUSY whenever you made any kind of transaction it will reflect in its respective ledger such as sale, purchase and expenses etc. so the process of this will be regarded as ledger posting

In BUSY, you can check the chart of accounts or ledger by view accounting reports like accounts ledger, account recivable, account payment, balance sheet and profit and loss report, trail balance and many more.

There are various reports and dashboards available in BUSY, including account ledger, day book, stock status, bills payable, party details, and more. And in dashboard will have option of user dashboard and party dashboard.

Through party ledger report you can check, press alt+l on BUSY screen & enter the party name & then enter last FY data in starting and accordingly specify the ending date & then open.

To add a column in any report, you can use the Custom Column feature that is available in the report. This feature allows you to create and save a format name for the column.
