To check the ledger in T format follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display >Account book > Account ledger > Account wise >Select T Format > select account >Open report.
You can view history of invoices with their details by checking the voucher list and relevant registers. Further if you want to check previous year invoices then you need to switch the financial year.
For invoices not reflecting in sale register:
Step 1 : Check invoice details
Step 2 : CHeck date range
Step 3 : User rights
Step 4 : Filter
Step 5 : Refresh register
To view sales figures excluding GST for checking the same follow below steps
Step 1:- Display
Step 2:- Account Books
Step 3:- Account Registers (Standard) and Columnar
Step 4:- Sales / Purchase Register
If you add columns in report but invoice date and other columns are not showing it means you have not select correct field or you have not set custom column in report correctly
To view tax amounts in purchase reports in BUSY, go to the display and select the GST report. Then select the supply inward registered option and you will see the WIT tax amount.
If your financial reports are not showing updated results you need to first take the latest backup of the company and then go to housekeeping menu and click on update master balances option.
The account book contains the account register and sales register reports. The account register shows all transactions related to accounts, while the sales register shows all sales transactions related to party wise transactions
The main difference between HSN and SAC codes is ,HSN codes are meant only specifically for goods and services, and SAC codes specify for services. So you can use accordingly with your item.
