If you splited your company before carry forwarding data to next year then 
previous year closing balance will not be show in splited company and previous 
year transaction will not show also

In report if previous voucher is not showing older than 15 days , then check that starting date in mentioned correct in time of report opening and voucher should be present .

The reason for showing the cash account balances in red colour as the account has not the debit balance.
You pass the transaction of credit without having balance then will shows as negative.

If the voucher amount is not showing in the list of vouchers in BUSY, then might be the option of show value of items is set to N before opening the report.

To change the range of a report in BUSY Accounting Software, you need to open the specific report as per your requirement and then set the starting and ending dates as required.

The recommended column sequence of tax in reports should be first Taxable amount then tax amount and at last total amount further you cannot change the predefined column sequence in the reports.

In BUSY you can add columns in the existing reports by using the Custom Column feature.
 Please note the custom column feature is availabe in only standard and enterprise edition of BUSY.
