To remove alias from report and modify column setttings.
Add custom column new format untick the item alias column and modify the column setting as needed and open report with custom column format.

If you want to check credit or debit note generated by the company for specific period you may check credit or debit note list or credit note register or debit note register.

To generate a table sales register in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to display then account books
Step 2 : Account register (standard) then select sales register.

searching for a record I get an error that says No record found then make sure you search for correct record or you can check that you select relevant date range.

You can check the receipt register for that :
Step 1 : CLick on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : CLick on account register
Step 4 : Open receipt register and check

when some transactions are missing in a particular ledger in BUSY, it might have deleted your transaction or cancelled it, and it might have entered the wrong party in the transaction.

If you have two companies in BUSY then you can not check payment history of one company in the another company. You need to check payment data seperately in each company.

Regularly verify the stock quantities check reports of sales and inventory can ensure that the quantity of items in the inventory matches the quantity in the billings in BUSY Accounting software.
