Can we check the cancelled invoice in the party ledger book?

Step 1:Cancelled invoice will not display in ledger book because it doesn't affect value.
We can check cancelled invoice report from Display > checklist > voucher numbering report >cancelled voucher numbers.

How can I view a customer's purchase history in BUSY?

To view customer purchase history:
Step 1 : CLick on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : Account register
Step 4 : Purchase register
Step 5 : Select one party and check purchase history

What reports can I run related to bills and invoices?

You can use BUSY to generate various reports related to bills and invoices. Some of the reports are:
Sales / Purchase List, Sales / Purchase Register, Sales / Purchase Analysis, Account Ledger.

How do I add name and address in BUSY report

We need more information to understand your query better. Please specify which report you are referring to and what details you want to see in it, such as Name, Address, etc.

How far back can I pull historical sales reports?

When you check sale ledger you can check or pull previous year transactions also but if you check any other sale report you can pull it current full financial year report.

What options are available for generating customized reports

In BUSY, by default two type of customization can be done in report:
1. Columnar Reports.
2. Custom Columns in Reports.
Further more customization in reports you can contact to you authorized channel partner.

How do I customize fields in BUSY

Through Custom Column Option, We can add it fields as per your requirement in List of Masters and Voucher or In Reports. For more customization can contact to the Channel Partner.

Why prior year charges on current bills?

The prior year charges on current bills may be due to unpaid invoices or outstanding balances from the previous year that are being carried forward and included in the current bill.

When searching for a record I get an error that says "No record found." What should I do when records are not found during a search?

searching for a record I get an error that says No record found then make sure you search for correct record or you can check that you select relevant date range.

A receipt seems to be missing from a customer ledger. How do I check if it was made under a different customer by mistake?

You can check the receipt register for that :
