Why are some of my entries showing up under the wrong month in BUSY? How can I ensure entries are showing in the correct monthly period?

If some entries are appearing under the wrong month please check the date of the
voucher. If it belongs to that month, it will be displayed in that month.

I am unable to generate any reports or previews in BUSY. It shows blank pages. What could be the reason and solution for this?

If report in showing blank in preview please check if you have selected correct date range for report in which transaction is present and select cirrect format of print.

If you want to check any report or list on specific date range you may enter starting date or ending date for that specific period and can open report.

Why is the RTGS not appearing with entry in the account ledger?

The RTGS not appearing with an entry in the account ledger because you have set N on the available option show bank instrument details before opening the account ledger.

How do I edit an existing column in a report in BUSY

The reports in BUSY have some predefined columns and that columns cannot be edited. However, if you added custom columns then you can edit them according to your needs.

How do I access the housekeeping menu in BUSY to run updates
