To view the contra register for all cash deposits in bank entries, you can apply filter on debit balance of bank by F7 shortcut key.
 You can check contra voucher register by following the steps:
 Step 1: Go to display section then click on account books.
 Step 2: Choose the accounts register standard then select the contra register
 Step 3: mention the date range and check the transction of cash desposit in bank account after apply filter through F7 shortcut key.

To see SGST, CGST and IGST in sales register in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report. And enable "Show Bifurcation of Amounts?"
Step 4: The report will show you sales data along with tax bifurcation.
Step 5: If you want to see party-wise and click on summarize button of press F5 and select account.

To find particular reports like credit note summary in the BUSY : 
 1. Go to Administration 
 2. Then click on Maters 
 3. Select Credit note with or without items vouchers
 4. Following options appear: Add, Modify and List 
 5. Open List and check Credit Note vouchers list.
 6. Go to Display 
 7. Select Account Books 
 8. Then Click on Account Registered then select registered of credit note.
 9. Now you can easily check it's report.

To see the total amount of IGST in my sales report , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to display menu ,
Step 2: Select  Account Books Report Option. 
Step 3: And then select Account Registers(Standdard)
Step 4: Select Sales Register.
Step 5: Select the further option like all sale type and All parties option. 
Step 6: Enable Show bifurcation of amounts option 
Step 7:  IGST amount will be shoen in seprate column
Step 8: Select Ok and view the report. 

Follow below steps to check all item list which you have created in BUSY:
Step 1: Go in administration and select masters.
Step 2: Then click on item and select list option.
Step 3: Then select output on screen option and it will ask you for list of item to be shown in format,e.g,Standard, configurable aplhabatical and configure hierarchical, you can select as per your requirement.
Step 4: Then select all item or group of items.
Step 5: Check other given configuration and open the list.

When error code 3354 is showing while opening the one supplier ledger due to some entries are not correct.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Take the data backup of your company.
 Step 2: Then open the supplier ledger in the short date range.
 Step 3: Then you will get particular date from which error is coming in the ledger.
 Step 4: Then open the day book of that date and check the supplier entries and correct it.

Yes, there is an option to create custom reports in BUSY, please follow below steps : 
 Step 1:Open any list of masters, transactions, or a report. 
 Step 2:On the top, find the option for custom column. 
 Step 3:Click on custom column and add the necessary fields for your report. 
 Step 4:Save the customized format. 
 Step 5:Reopen the report and select the saved format. 
 Step 6:Now, you can share this custom report with your management.

your transaction reports are not showing complete or accurate information because of .
 1.When accessing the report, select the specific options to configure and filter the report data according to your needs. This step will help generate the accurate report you desire.
 2.If you still require additional information within the report, you can customize it by adding fields or columns. Utilize the custom column feature to add extra data fields or columns that are necessary for your analysis or review.

If you want to check for duplicate entries in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on check list
Step 3: Then click on voucher numbering reports
Step 4: Then click on duplicate voucher numbers 
Step 5: By checking this report you can find your duplicate voucher number records in your database 
Step 6: If you want you can also check other reports such as ledger and account books etc and find the duplicate entries manually

To view the sales report of your company 
 follow the steps 
 Step1 open BUSY and go to open company option 
 Step2 select your desired company and open it 
 Step3 then go to Display menu and click on account books 
 Step4 click on account register standard then click sale register 
 Step5 click on all sale type then all parties and set date range for sale report 
 and enable bifurcation of amount then press Ok
