How do I filter purchase reports to see purchases from a specific party?

To generate Sales / Purchase reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books. Then, select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 2: Select the Sales Register / Purchase Register that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, Selected Parties or One Party.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. This will show you the Sale / Purchase data for the specified period.

Want to view the full voucher details while open ledger in BUSY

To view the full voucher details while open ledger in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option and then select account books option.
Step 2: Then select account ledger and then account wise option.
Step 3: Then select account wise in the ledger to be shown window.
Step 4: Then select required option from ledger to be shown for window.
Step 5: In next window mention date range and select details to be shown for as full voucher details.

How do I maintain the information of a customers purchase history?

If you are unable to generate reports for past months please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure that the date you are specifying while opening the report belongs to the current financial year
Step 2: Make sure you are checking correct report
Step 3: Make sure transactions existance is available in the company or not
Step 4: Make sure you have specific rights to view the report if you are logged in with subuser

What do I do if my entries in BUSY dont match the order of transactions on my bank statement

In the current configuration, there isn't an option to align the order of entries according to the statement. The display sequence will consistently be based on the criteria of Date, VchType, and VchNo. However, in the event that chronological order is enabled, the presentation will adhere to the sequence determined by the Voucher date along with the time of entry. Please note that the software operates in this manner, and the order of entries is structured accordingly.

How can I consolidate the daily sales registers into a monthly and yearly summary view in BUSY

If you want to see monthly consolidated sales in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account Summary.
Step 2: Choose Monthly Summary and select either Vertical or Horizontal, depending on how you want to see the data.
Step 3: Choose One Account or Group of Accounts and enter the sales account.
Step 4: Specify the starting and ending month and view the report. This will show you the consolidated sales for each month.

How do I correct the sequence of entries in BUSY if they get out of order
