Why am i unable to see the items details in the party's ledger?

To see items details in the party's ledger, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the party's name then enter the date range and set Y on show items details option.
Step 3: Click on the check box next to show item details option then specify width which details you want to see and save.
Step 4: Press ok to open the report then you will see the items details.

How can I get an overview of all my invoices including credit notes?

To get an overview of all my invoices including credit notes, you can follow the below steps : 
Step 1. Go to Transactions
Step 2. Then select Voucher type which you wants to overview.
Step 3. The three options will be displayed : Add,Modify,List
Step 4. Now you can select List option for overview about invoices.
Step 5. Go to Display and then click on Account Books and now you can see Account register

Where can I find the balance of Party in my BUSY?

If you want to check balance of an account in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger and specify the account name of which you want to check the balance.
Step 2: Then, you need to enter the Date Range for which you want to see the report and click on OK or press F2.
Step 3: The report will show you the Closing Balance of the selected account for the given period.

How do I set up accounts and categories in BUSY

In BUSY, we have to create customer and vendor account Master for transaction and can view reports accordingly.
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Account Creation:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Masters
Step 3: Account
Step 4: Add
Pls Follow the Below Steps For Account Category:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Account
Step 5: Enable the Maintain Account Category Option.
Step 6: Open the Account Master in Modify Mode
Step 7: Use F3 Shortcut Key to creating Account Category and mention it.

Can we check sales register for specific Account group?

To check Sales register for single account group , you need to follow the given step: 
Step 1: Go to Display tab then click on account books menu
Step 2: Now click on Accounts register standard option then select sales register
Step 3: Select all sales type and then a window will appear for select group
Step 4: Afterward ,Click on Group of parties and check the report after specify the party group

How to view the sale or purchase ledger?

If you want to see sale or purchase ledger please follow these steps:
Step 1: Press shortcut key ALT+L or Go to display menu then click on account books submenu
Step 2: Then click on accounts ledger then click on account wise
Step 3: After that select the format as standard then select it as one account
Step 5: Specify the account as sales or purchase and then specify the date range and select required options and open the report

What is the best way to track expenses in BUSY? I want to categorize and report on expenses.

To track expense you can see the expense ledger and you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and then click on Accounts Books.
Step 2: Now click on Accounts Ledger and select account wise
Step 3: Now click on Standard and select the Account name or group of expense for which you want to see ledger
Step 4: Mention the time period and enable the options there as per your reqirement and click on OK Option.

Why are my entries not showing in chronological order based on the time I entered them in BUSY

The entries in BUSY may appear in chronological order based on the time of entry, as the option for chronological order in the report settings may not be enabled. Certain reports provide an option to enable chronological order, and it's essential to ensure that entries are sorted by the correct criteria, such as date or time. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the software's support team for further assistance in resolving the matter.

I pressed save too soon when entering a purchase and now I cant find the incomplete voucher

We can find accidentally saved Blank Purchase Voucher in BUSY.
To search and delete accidentally saved Black Purchase Voucher follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Click on Account Books
Step 3: Select Account Registers (Standard) / Account Registers (Columnar)
Step 4: Click on Purchase Register
Step 5: Select All Purchase Type
Step 6: Click on All Party
Step 7: Click on OK(F2)
Step 8: Click on Voucher from the Report
Step 9: Click on Delete - F8
Step 10 : Click on YES

I need to check whether a recent sales voucher is appearing properly. What is the process?

need to check whether a recent sales voucher is appearing properly then follow these steps 
1. go the account books under display
2. open account register
3. click on sales register standard
4. select filter party wise or all parties
5. also select sale type wise or all sales type
6. mentioned start and end date also there is other relevant option you can select as per require
7. after open report you can check voucher.
