Where can I find reports to see previous transactions?
You can check Sale, Purchase, etc Registers to check previous transactions of current financial year. To find these registers follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Display menu.
Step 2: Select Account Books then click on Account Registers (Standard).
Step 3: You will see Sale Register, Purchase Register, etc and check the previous transaction after mention the previous date range of current financial year.
How to view customer wise sales summary in BUSY
If you want to see Customer-wise Sales in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select "Party-wiseand choose Standard-Date/Voucher - wise / Standard-Monthly / Standard-Quaterly, etc as per the requirements.
Step 3: You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, One Party or Selected Parties.
Step 4: Now, open ther report and analyz your Sales data.
Can I customize financial statements and reporting in BUSY?
Customization in report is available for an extend within the BUSY, to apply customization follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Dispaly menu
Step 2: Open report in which you want to add any additional value
Step 3: Click on custom column option, available for standard model only
Step 4: Add format and configure new columns and rows
Step 5: To view effect reload report with newly added format
How to generate sales list report in BUSY?
If you want to generate sales list report in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transactions menu
Step 2: Then click on sales
Step 3: Then click on list button
Step 4: Afterwards specify the date range and open the report accordingly
Further you can view various report related to sales such as sales ledger or sales analysis etc that is available in the display menu.
How to bifurcate tax amounts in purchase registers?
To bifurcate the tax amount in purchase register, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Puchase Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report. And enable Show Bifurcation of Amounts?
Step 4: The report will show you purchase data along with tax bifurcation.
I need to send my monthly sales data to my head office. How can I compile and export the full sales report from BUSY?
To compile a full sales report from BUSY for monthly data to the head office follow the steps
Step1 Go to transaction menu and click on sales then click to list then click on screen
step2 select the date range and enable value of items and press ok
Step3 then click on export and select the require file to export then press ok
Why am I unable to see the warranty period field in my sales reports even after adding it as a custom column in BUSY?
There can be several reasons you unable to see the warranty period field in your sales reports even after adding it as a custom column in BUSY.
1. Ensure that you have selected correct field for warrenty period.
2. Ensure that you have reload the report after adding the custom column.
3. Also be sure that you have save the format after adding custom column.
I am trying to open a new ledger but it is defaulting to January st, How can I change the date?
If you want to change the date while opening the ledger please follow these steps:
Step 1: When you open the ledger it will ask you to specify the date range you can specify date and open the ledger
Step 2: If you have already opened the ledger report and you want to change date there you can press F2 shortcut key to change the ledger date
Why am I unable to view certain invoices I had entered last financial year in my current year's accounts?
Here's a simplified explanation with steps:
If you can't see certain invoices entered last financial year in your current year's accounts, it's because each financial year is separate. Invoices from the previous year don't automatically appear in the current year. However, you can switch to the last financial year by pressing the F11 key and then check for the required sales invoices or vouchers.
How do I get the cash ledger and UPI ledger to show the same details in my reports?
If you want to get the cash ledger and UPI ledger data in same report you can follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on account books
Step 3: Then click on account ledger
Step 4: Then click on account-wise then click on standard
Step 5: Afterwards click on selected accounts
Step 6: Select the cash and upi account and generate the report
