To view running balances for the bank ledger in BUSY, you can go to the "Display Account Books" option and select "Ledger." Then, choose the bank account for which you want to view the running balances. Specify the starting date, ending date, and the details to be shown. Finally, click the "OK" button to see the bank ledger with running balances on the screen.

To generate multiple ledgers to generate a report, please follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : Select account ledger
Step 4 : Select account wise and standard
Step 5 : Select on selected accounts
Step 6 : Load master list
Step 7 : Tick on multiple ledger account you want to see
Step 8 : Open report for multiple ledger.

Graphical representation for reports exists in Account and inventory monthly summary report for one account and item and sales and purchase analysis for Monthly and Quarterly Report.Graph represent the Data for your accounts that how much you have earned and incurred from them and item that how much they are being sold and Purchased or In and out in quatity form with value.

To show the bifurcation of amounts in the sale register, you need to go to the display menu, select account books, then choose account register. From there, select sale register and choose the desired date range. After selecting the date range, there will be an option to show bifurcation of amounts. Select "Yes" to display the bifurcation of amounts in the sale register.

If the old bills is not entered into the data then the financial record will not display accurate details. further, in order to generate report correct accounting report, you need to enter old bills by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then click on required voucher type.
Step 2: Choose add tab then enter the necessery details in voucher and save it.

CASH IN in Payment Receipt Report AC are referred to CASH Transaction which COMES IN in the Books of Account.
For Example : Cash Received from Customer, Cash Withdrawn from Bank, etc.
To view COMES in Payment & Receipt A/C report follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Click on Final Results
Step 3: Click on Payment & Receipt A/C
Step 4: Click on OK (F2)

To check aggregated data of general and sub ledger follow the below steps:
In a ledger report , we can check compiled data of general and sub ledger accounts.
Step 1: Press Alt +L (shortcut key to open ledger report) or Go to Display > Account Book > Account ledger >account wise
Step 2: Open the report after enabling show sub ledger details also .

To apply multi filter to view multiple head simultaneously in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the requird report in BUSY.
Step 2: Press F7 shortcut key to give filter command then select multiple filter
Step 3: Click on configure then specify the field and value as per need.
Step 4: Afterward, mention the formula for filter and click on save.
Step 5: Now, click on filter.

BUSY provides different report in various structure from where you can check the sales with customer details, To view one of the sales report with party details, please refer below steps:
Step 1: Go to the display menu
Step 2: Click on the Accounts books
Step 3: Click on Accounts register(Standard)
Step 4: Select Sale Registers with all parties.
Step 5: Define date range and click OK button.

If you want to see the party ledger alongwith item details please follow given steps:
Step 1: Open your company in BUSY and press the shortcut key alt+L
Step 2: Now specify the party name and specify the date range and select show item details option as Y then click on ok button
Step 3: Now you will be able to see the ledger of party
