What is the process to view the ledger report with previous year data in BUSY?

To view ledger report with previous year data in ledger report, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display then click on account books
Step 2: Choose the account ledger then select account-wise option
Step 3: Select the standard format then click on one party
Step 4: Select the party name, specify the date range from previous year to current year and then open the report.

Can I check if any voucher of sale return has already been entered twice?

Yes, you can check if any voucher of sale return has already been entered twice in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account book
Step 2: Choose the account register standard then click on sales return register
Step 3: Select all sales type, all party, specify date range then open the report and analysis the duplicate enry.

I am facing issues with report generation in BUSY, how can I get help?

Please provide the additional details about the issues or error message which is showing while opening the report. Further if any error is showing you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Go to houskeeping menu and click on reindex database option.
Step 3: Then wait to complete the process of reindex and try again by regenerating report.

How can I track the sales performance of individual sales representatives or groups?

To check a salesman's sale amount with their commision in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu then click on Commision Calculation.
Step 2: Select Sale / Purchase and choose One Salesman.
Step 3: Select the salesman name and enter the date range then open the report.
This report will show you that salesman bills amount and their commision if configured.

What is total bills amount for a date range, How do I check?

If you want to check total bill amount of a date range then you can see the Sales Register in BUSY of the date range. The report will show you the total number of bills and the total amount for each bill in that date range. You can also see the grand total of all the bills at the bottom of the report.

What is the process for selecting multiple ledgers to generate a report?

To generate multiple ledgers to generate a report, please follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : Select account ledger
Step 4 : Select account wise and standard
Step 5 : Select on selected accounts
Step 6 : Load master list
Step 7 : Tick on multiple ledger account you want to see
Step 8 : Open report for multiple ledger.

I need help understanding the charts and graphs in my BUSY reports.

Graphical representation for reports exists in Account and inventory monthly summary report for one account and item and sales and purchase analysis for Monthly and Quarterly Report.Graph represent the Data for your accounts that how much you have earned and incurred from them and item that how much they are being sold and Purchased or In and out in quatity form with value.

How do I show the bifurcation of amounts in the sale register?

To show the bifurcation of amounts in the sale register, you need to go to the display menu, select account books, then choose account register. From there, select sale register and choose the desired date range. After selecting the date range, there will be an option to show bifurcation of amounts. Select "Yes" to display the bifurcation of amounts in the sale register.

What happens if an old bill is not entered into the BUSY?

If the old bills is not entered into the data then the financial record will not display accurate details. further, in order to generate report correct accounting report, you need to enter old bills by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then click on required voucher type.
Step 2: Choose add tab then enter the necessery details in voucher and save it.

What does cash in refer to in the payment receipt report

CASH IN in Payment Receipt Report AC are referred to CASH Transaction which COMES IN in the Books of Account.
For Example : Cash Received from Customer, Cash Withdrawn from Bank, etc.
To view COMES in Payment & Receipt A/C report follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Click on Final Results
Step 3: Click on Payment & Receipt A/C
Step 4: Click on OK (F2)
