Yes BUSY has the ability to filter sundry creditor reports by date range you can follow 
the steps to find the report 
1 Go to display menu and click on account books then click to account register standard
2 select purchase register then select all sale type group of parties 
3 select the group sundry creditors and the date range then ok

How can I view my monthly transaction history by date in the software? 
 For view transaction history please follow these steps: 
 1. Go in Display then go in accounts book 
 2. Then Go in Account Register (Standard) 
 3. Then go in sale register mention date range and check Report 
 4. Same as check purchase Register Report

To search for a specific supplier or customer in BUSY, you can press Alt+L to access the ledger report. Specify the account name and review all transactions related to the specific party. Additionally, you can utilize the query system by pressing Alt+Q, clicking on Search Party, and entering the name or mobile number to view data related to the specific party.

To check the ledger book for some selected account master follow the below steps:
 
Step 1: Go to display > account book >account ledger > account wise (Standard ) or merge account >selected account .
Step 2: A window will appear for select account master , press on show account list and select required account master for check the clubbed report.

To see account ledger of a group in BUSY process the following steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu account books
Step 2: Then choose account ledger option then account wise after that select standard and then group of account
Step 3: After that select account group specify data range and enable or disable other options as per requirement then press ok.

To filter sales list by a specific broker in BUSY, you need to follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open your company then go to Transactions menu.
Step 2: Select Sales and click on List.
Step 3: Select Broker Range as One , ALL or Selected as per the requirements.
Step 4: Enter then date range and can view the report with filter of broker.

The ledger abstract report will show data in brief where all accounts used for selected account master gets summarised with its balance.
To check the party abstract report follow the below steps:
 
Step 1: Press Alt+L or Go to display >account book >account ledger >select party.
Step 2: After open ledger report , Press Ctrl+B to convert ledger book into ledger Abstract.

If you want to see the ledger of party please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your company in BUSY and press the shortcut key alt+L
Step 2: Now specify the party name and specify the date range and select show item details option as Y then click on ok button
Step 3: Now you will be able to see the ledger of party

To ensure that BUSY's sales reports reflect the current month's data, make sure that the sales data for the current month has been entered correctly and completely in the software. Check that the date range selected for the report includes the current month. If the issue persists, try refreshing or regenerating the report to ensure it is up to date.

In BUSY, we have all standard format reports available. You need to change the report to BUSY as per your RMA visa format.
