Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu account books
Step 2: Then choose account ledger option then account wise after that select standard and then group of account
Step 3: After that select account group specify data range and enable or disable other options as per requirement then press ok.

To filter sales list by a specific broker in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Transactions menu.
Step 2: Select Sales and click on List.
Step 3: Select Broker Range as One , ALL or Selected as per the requirements.
Step 4: Enter then date range and can view the report with filter of broker.
How can we check the party abstract report?
The ledger abstract report will show data in brief where all accounts used for selected account master gets summarised with its balance.
To check the party abstract report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Press Alt+L or Go to display >account book >account ledger >select party.
Step 2: After open ledger report , Press Ctrl+B to convert ledger book into ledger Abstract.

Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window and enter the account name.
Step 2: Enter the date range then set Y on show daily balance instead of running balance option and open the report.
Step 3: After opening it you will see date wise closing balance.
