I'm having trouble seeing the bottom portion of the BUSY interface where my account balance is shown. How can I adjust the screen resolution or display size to fix this?
If the BUSY screen is not displaying bottom portion then you have to configure for display setting of system as BUSY does not have any direct feature for its resolution. To adjust the screen, you need to open the display setting of screen and can configure for font size or resolution as per the system and BUSY compatibility.
I want to view the closing balances and account statements for multiple parties together in one report. Is there a way to do this in BUSY?

1 Go to display menu and click on account Books
2 Click on account ledger and select account wise
3 click on standard then select selected account and choose the account name

then to view data before and after August you should update BUSY latest version
and release then create can create a new company and export the data from old company till august and import in the new company to view it separately

Once a sales invoice is deleted, it will no longer be displayed in the party ledger. However, it is recommended to check if you are able to open that bill or not if you you receiving that the voucher not longer exist, then run re-index the database option from the housekeeping menu after the backup and then check.
I created a new ledger account in BUSY but it is not showing up. What should I check?
If New Ledger Not showing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration Then Click on Masters Then click on Modify.
Step 2: Select the Acccount If account Shows Check its group Then save it again.
Step 3: Take a backup of your data.
Step 4: Go to the Housekeeping menu, then click on Regenerate master Help file.
Step 5: Review the reports.

To share customer ledger details with parties outside of BUSY, you can export the ledger report as a PDF or Excel file and then share it via email or any other preferred method.
To view report You can to go the display from there you can check any report as per your requirement and send to your parties.

If some accounts show incorrect totals in BUSY, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Check the account opening is correctly captured or carry forward from previous year.
Step 2: Ensure that all the transactions are recorded properly.
Step 3: Check that account's report in shorter range and find the date from where the total is wrong.
How do I get the customers name address and phone number to show in the report
To see the mobile number and address of the parties in the Sale / Purchase Register report, then set Y on Show Mobile No. of Parties when open the report. If the party master has a mobile number specified, it will be displayed in the report. For the address, you can add a custom column in the report.
