If your account shows a balance of Rs. 0 but you had funds earlier, it is possible that your funds have been used for trading activities or have been withdrawn from your account. To get a clear understanding of what happened to your trading balance, it is recommended to contact BUSY's customer support for further assistance.

To set a party account to be debited first in ledger by default in BUSY , you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Press Alt + L account ledger window will opn and select the option Set as Default Debit Account. This will ensure that the party's account is debited first by default for all transactions.

To view the complete sales ledger for a specific period in BUSY need to follow these steps
 Step:1 Go to the Display section and select the Account books.
 Step:2 Select ledger option and then select account-wise option and one account.
 Step:3 Then, specify the desired date range to generate the sales ledger for that period

If you make an entry but it does not appear, proceed to the next step.
Step 1: Check if User Right is an entry pending for approval.
Step 2: Open the Entry Modify mode and check the entry date.
Step 3: If the issue is still not solved, go to the housekeeping menu and click on update master balance.

to search for a voucher by party name in BUSY follow these steps 
1. go to the accounts report under display
2. select account ledger option 
3. then select filter for party and select party account 
4. mentioned relevant date range and other deatils and open report 
5. there you can find your invoice by party name.

To update account/master balanec in BUSY follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to House keeping menu 
Step 2: Then click on Update master balance option 
Step 3: Then click on OK button and start the process 
Step 4: After completing the process, a confirmation message will appear 
Step 5: Then you can check the updated balance

To see the details of purchase bills which you have paid you should follow the steps 
1 Go to display menu and click on account books then click on account register standard
2 Click on sales register and select all sale type then all party and set date range and enable 
payment receipt details then press ok

Reasons for not able to modify the previous month data
 1 Data frezzing: If data is freezed for particular period then for that period you cannot edit the data will show message data is being freezed.
 2 Date range: If you have mention the current date range you can see only data of current period.

If you want to view all invoices for a particular customer please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on account books
Step 3: Then click on account ledger
Step 4: Then click on account-wise
Step 5: Then click on standard
Step 6: Afterwards click on one account then select the account and open the report

Yes, you can generate a partywise monthly sales summary report in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select "Party-wiseand choose Standard-Monthly.
Step 3: You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, One Party or Selected Parties.
Step 4: Now, open ther report and analyz your data.
