To export voucher details or registers from BUSY, you can go to the desired register (such as sales register or purchase register), select the date range and other filters if needed, and then click on the "Export" button. This will allow you to export the voucher details or registers in formats like Excel, PDF, or XML.

To view register for contra voucher in BUSY, you can follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to the Display menu, click on Account Books, and select Account Registers Standard.
Step 2: Select Contra Register.
Step 3: Specify the date range to view the Contra report.
Step 4: Click on OK or press F2, and the report will generate successfully.

To fix balance issues in your account books, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Check for any incorrect or missing entries in your transactions.
Step 2. Verify the opening and closing balances of each account.
Step 3. Reconcile your account balances with actual balances outside the software.
Step 4. Make sure that all transactions are properly categorized and tagged.

Step 1: Display Menu
Step 2: Outstanding Analysis
Step 3: Ageing Receivable or Ageing Payable and Ageing Bills Receivable or Bills Payable FIFO Basis
Step 4: Export it in Data Format - PDF, Excel, Google Sheet, HTML, CSV, Text File Delimited or Fixed Width.

If you want to check Sales Analysis report Quaterly in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
 Step 2: Select the appropriate report combination that best suits to your need such as Item-wise, Party-wise, etc
 Step 3: Select Standard-Quaterly and open the report and analyz it.

The tax column might not appear in the sales register if the "Show Bifurcation of Amount?option is disabled. Another reason could be that you have applied a custom column format that hides the tax column. To fix this, you can open the report with the standard format and check if the tax column is visible.

There could be several reasons why vendors are missing in the reconcile section of BUSY despite having bills. Some possible reasons include incorrect data entry, missing information, or the bills not being marked as payable. It is recommended to double-check the data entry and ensure all necessary information is included to properly reconcile the accounts.

To add additional field and column in BUSY , follow the below steps:
 Step 1: After opening report cick on custom column option available on top of report 
 Step 2: Mention format name and position of column 
 Step 3: Select data field and save format then open report again with created format

To check the sales and purchase register for a particular party, go to Display > Account Book > Account Register > Sale Register > All Sale Type > One Party > Selected Party. Then select the party name and the date range. To generate reports, click on the report option and select the desired format.
