How to check total bill amounts and payments at one place?

To check total bill amount and payment amount at one place, you can view the party ledger by following these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the party name then enter the date range and open the report.
Step 3: After opening you can see bill amount and payment amount.

Can we skip account opening balance in the ledger report?

To skip account opening balance in the ledger report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display > Account Book > Account ledger > select account or Press Alt+L shortcut key to open ledger.
Step 2: Press Y for Skip opening balance and open the report.
Ledger report will display without account opening balance .

How do I check the merged amount after merging parties?

To check the merged amount after merging parties in BUSY, you can check the account ledger by using these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open the account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the target party name and enter the date range then press ok.
Step 3: After opening the report you can check the closing balance.

How do I check the debtors report in BUSY

There are different types of reports that you can see for sundry debtors, such as Sales Register, Outstandings, Debtors list, Sales analysis, etc. To see a specific report, you need to select the Group of Accounts option and enter Sundry debtors as the group name. This will show you the report for that group.

What is the status of my account balance?

To check the status of your account balance follow the steps 
1 go to display menu and click on account books
2 select account ledger and then select account wise
3 select standard then select one account
4 fill the account name which balance you want to see then fill date range and save

How do I summarize sales by account

To view the sales amount for each party in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select Party-wise and can choose either Date-wise / Monthly / Quaterly.
Step 3: Enter the period and open the report. This will show you the sales amount for each party.

Why is the ledger report showing the wrong company name with the entry? if i open ABC party but accounting entry will showing first row XYZ party name of entry.

Because when you have opened the ledger of the party you have selected the details to show single account (first), Due to this the entry is shown with the name of the party which available in the first row of entry.
So, While opening the party ledger you have to select Single Account (Auto).

The software showing Run time error when I try to add a custom column in account register. What could be causing this?

RTE 5 was appearing due to some junk file in database, please follow below steps to solve it::
1: Take the backup of your data
2: Go to house keeping menu
3: Press enter on re-index database option
4: Tick 2nd option you can proceed as i have the latest data backup and then check.

I entered a purchase, but now need to check the corresponding sale. How do I link or find the related sale?

In BUSY, you can check the sales register by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers (Standard) and choose sales register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and enable the option Show Bifurcation of Amount then can see the value of invoices with tax.

I am unable to find the detailed invoice report in BUSY to cross-verify values. Where can I access it?

TO find The Detailed Invoice Report in BUSY you can check sales resgister report. For that Follow these Step:
Step 1: Go to display option
Step 2: Then click on Accounts Books.
Step 3: Then clcik on Account register(standard)
Step 4: then Select Sales Register option and enable option show Bifurgation of amount.
