To check total bill amount and payment amount at one place, you can view the party ledger by following these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the party name then enter the date range and open the report.
Step 3: After opening you can see bill amount and payment amount.

To skip account opening balance in the ledger report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display > Account Book > Account ledger > select account or Press Alt+L shortcut key to open ledger.
Step 2: Press Y for Skip opening balance and open the report.
Ledger report will display without account opening balance .

To check the merged amount after merging parties in BUSY, you can check the account ledger by using these steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open the account ledger window.
Step 2: Select the target party name and enter the date range then press ok.
Step 3: After opening the report you can check the closing balance.

There are different types of reports that you can see for sundry debtors, such as Sales Register, Outstandings, Debtors list, Sales analysis, etc. To see a specific report, you need to select the Group of Accounts option and enter Sundry debtors as the group name. This will show you the report for that group.

To check the status of your account balance follow the steps 
1 go to display menu and click on account books 
2 select account ledger and then select account wise 
3 select standard then select one account 
4 fill the account name which balance you want to see then fill date range and save

To view the sales amount for each party in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select Party-wise and can choose either Date-wise / Monthly / Quaterly.
Step 3: Enter the period and open the report. This will show you the sales amount for each party.

To check the which accounts are affected by sale transaction, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and then select accounts Books 
Step 2: And select then account ledger and then select account wise option
Step 3: after then select account name sales and check the which accounts are affected under sales.

If you want to check Sales Analysis report party-wise in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Sales Analysis.
Step 2: Select "Party-wiseand can filter the report by ALL Parties, Group of Parties, One Party or Selected Parties.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can analyz your data.

To check sales entries with one party in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account book
Step 2: Choose the account register (standard) then click on sales register 
Step 3: Select all sales type, one party then specify account master with date range and open the report.

If the party is asking for a party payment report, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display, then select Account Books, then select Account Registers (standard),
Step 2: then select Payment Register, then select the date range and relevant information, and press F2 or OR to load the payment report.
