To listing the sundry creditors in BUSY you need to follow the steps 
1 Go to administration menu and click on master 
2 Then click on account and click list 
3 Then click on screen then click to standard format 
4 select group of accounts and search sundry creditors then press ok

If you are unable to see the invoice total amount in the customized sales register report in BUSY it means the column and field of the total amount is not configured properly so coordinate with that person whom you get this report customized or you can also add custom column in it

To show a specific entry in BUSY you need to follow the steps 
 1 Go to display menu and click on Account books 
 2 Click on account register standard and select the specific register 
 3 fill the date range and ok then select the specific entry from the list

If you are unable to add custom column may be due to several reasons:
 Step 1: Make sure you are logged in with main/superuser
 Step 2: If it is subuser then you will not able to add custom column
 Step 3: If you are using basic model you cannot create custom column

To ensure accounting treatment of Processing Charges you can see ledger of Processing charges. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display
Step 2: Go to Accounts Books
Step 3: Go to Account Ledger and account wise, Standard
Step 4: Select ledger of Processing Charges
Here you can see all accounting of these particular ledger.

If purchase entry is not showing in the account ledger then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Review that entry and make sure the correct account name is specified in that.
Step 2: Resave that entry and check.
Step 3: Ensure that you are check correct account ledger report with correct date range.

For searching for old invoices in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and select relevant voucher type.
Step 2: Then select modify option and mention the voucher number which you want to search.
Step 3: Open the list of voucher and press F3 to search the voucher number.

You can generate reports for any period within the current financial year in BUSY to get past invoices. However, if you want to generate reports for a previous financial year, you need to switch to that financial year first and then generate the reports. In invoice e way bill details also exist.

To download a single day transaction for an account follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display.
Step 2: Click on Account book.
Step 3: Select Day Book.
Step 4: Show Cash Balances option yes.
Step 5: Select starting date and ending date then press OK button.
Step 6: Day Book report you can take print or export.

You can add custom column in sale register report by following ways:
Step: 1 Go to display then account book and open sale register under account register tab.
Step: 2 Do click on custom column tab and add format name and enter column heading and select required field it in and save the configuration.
