For Historical Data, We can seach in Reports with Date range as per our requirement from Display Menu. we can also check Multi Company Combined data.

Step 4: Select the Company and report which want to view.

Yes, there is a cash book report in BUSY. To view this follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select account books option.
Step 2: Select cash or bank book and select single column.
Step 3: Enter the account name as cash then specify the date range and open the report.

To apply filter in reports, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu, open report in which you want to apply filter
Step 2: Click on FILTER button, available at the top section of reports
Step 3: Define fileds and value for filteration.
Step 4: Click to Apply filter button and view report

If you are unable to view the account ledger report in BUSY, you should check :
Step 1: If you have the necessary permissions or access rights to view the account ledger report.
Step 2: If you have the necessary permissions, ensure that you are trying to access a current and relevant report.

To view the Sale or Purchase Analysis report in BUSY, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the company, then go to the Display menu. 
Step 2: To view the Sales report, click on the Sale Analysis report. 
Step 3: To view the Purchase report, click on the Purchase Analysis report.

To mention date in sale register report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and then select account books
Step 2: Choose account registers(standard) and then select report sales reigster
Step 3: Select sale type as required, party or account as required and then define start date and end date and open report.

To check the ledger report with item details in BUSY, you can follow the below:
Step 1: Press ALT+L shortcut key to open ledger report.
Step 2: Now, Specify the account name then update the date range and enable show item details option.
Step 3: Afterward, Click on ok tab to view the report.

To remove a specific field from a custom column report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the specific report on which the custom column is added.
Step 2: Click on the custom column option available in the report header part.
Step 3: Untick the field name that is not required and save the format.

To check sales report with sales return data follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display > account book > Account register (Standard) > Sale register >alll sale type > all party > enable include sales return option , sales return entries will appear in Orange colour with negative amount.

To check the cash/bank book in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on accounts book
Step 2: Now, choose the cash/bank book and select the single column
Step 3: Mention the cash or bank account master with date range then press on OK tab to view the report.
