To get the sales register in BUSY party group wise instead of listing each transaction, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Click on Display Option
Step 2. Select Sales Analysis
Step 3. Select Party Group wise 
Step 4. Select Standard - Date Range, Monthly or quarterly as per requirement

If you want to check Total invoice value in sale or purchase register report instead of item - wise breakup you can follow some steps:
Step: 1 After open the report add custom column.
Step: 2 Add invoice value column and save format.
Step:3 Reload report with new created format.

To troubleshoot and resolve the issue where the purchase summary analysis shows a mismatch, you can follow these steps:
1. Enable or Disable Stock Updation Date as Needed 
2. Re-Index the data
3. Update Stock balances
4. Check the report in short date range 
5. Check with latest BUSY release

By default summarized report by organizing the data in ascending or descending order based on Date, Vchcode, and Vch No across all available reports. This arrangement will facilitate a comprehensive overview of the information, enhancing the clarity and accessibility of data across various sections of the reports.

To find any report or register related to sales in BUSY, you can use the "Search Menubutton on the right side of the BUSY home screen. Just type the text that you want to search in the Search String box and you will see the relevant options.

BUSY does not have facility to validate account balances directly, it reflects the data based on the entries made within the BUSY system. To verify the accuracy of account balances, you may manually cross check the balances with the corresponding data from the counterparty or external sources.

You can view the below report for total purchase amount from vendors.
 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Purchase Analysis
 Step 3: Then Party wise
 Step 4: Then select that vendor name and check the report as per the date range selected by you.

If the Job work report appears to be incorrect then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that the job id has been created and adjusted properly.
Step 2: Make sure to check in short range from which the mismatch is coming then correct it in BUSY.

To verify IGST charged on a BUSY invoice with delivery details, you can check the sale register in BUSY which provides a bifurcation of sale amount, taxable amount, IGST, CGST, and other amounts. and modify open the voucher and check details like source and destination details.

To view the purchase register in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and select account books from it.
Step 2: Then select account register option and select purchase register.
Step 3: After that mention the date range and click on ok button to view report.
