To generate sales report for a particular series, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to transactions menu then select sales voucher and click on list.
Step 2: Select screen option then select the voucher series and enter the date range.
Step 3: Press ok to generate the report.

How to view only payment vouchers in BUSY?

To view a payment voucher, see the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display Menu
Step 2: Select Account Books, then select Account Ledger.
Step 3: Click on Account Ledger Stander.
Step 4: Select Payment Register
Step 5: Select Voucher Serise and Date Click on OK to generate a report.

How to view the payment register in BUSY.

To view the payment register in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and select account books from it.
Step 2: Then select account register option and select payment register.
Step 3: After that mention the date range and click on ok button to view report.

What reports can I generate from BUSY?

If you want to see Account Registes in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard). Under the you can choose multiple registers such as Sales Register, Purchase Register, etc as needed.

The tax amount is not getting calculated correctly in the invoices generated through BUSY. What could be the reason for this?

To troubleshoot and correct tax calculation issues in BUSY, you can follow these steps.
Step 1. Ensure that the tax rates and categories are set up correctly.
Step 2. Ensure that you have pick right sale/purchase type in invoice according to item master tax rate.

there are multiple items in a sales invoice. How to configure report to repeat invoice header for each item row

When you export a sales report to Excel, you can choose to repeat the header details for each item row. This option is called “For Blank columns copy previous non-blank value”. It will fill in the empty cells with the values from the previous row.

You mentioned a pending amount/bill shown in red. What does this indicate and what steps should I take?

In a sale register A pending amount/bill shown in red indicates that it has not been received yet. To resolve this, you need to manually adjust the vouchers or receipts that are pending.
Note- For this use bill by bill feature mention Reference and adjust properly

My purchase registers are not updating properly. What could be the reason and how to resolve it?

If purchase register is not being updated in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Then go to housekeeping option and then select update master balance.
Step 3: After completion of the process check report again.

How do I view more historical receipt register data in BUSY? It only shows current month.

For more historical recipt register data in BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu.
Step 2: Click on Account books.
Step 3: Select account register.
Step 4: Click on Receipt Register.
Step 5: Specify Starting date and ending date then click on OK button.
