Step 1 :Log in to your BUSY.
Step 2 :Look for the option to generate an Outstanding Analysis Reportor a similar report that displays information about unpaid or outstanding bills.
Step 3 :Within the Outstanding Analysis Report, there should be an option to access an On-Account Entry Reportor a similar report.
Step 4 :Open the On-Account Entry Report to view the list of bills or invoices with missing or pending references.
Step 5 :Maintain clear documentation of the adjustments made to each bill, including the date, user responsible for the modification, and the nature of the references added.
Step 6:Once you have adjusted all the bills with missing or pending references, exit the On-Account Entry Report or return to the main menu or report section.

1. Create an account master under the master menu.
2. Account, then add
3. Create separate ledger accounts for customers and suppliers under the group of sundry creditors and sundry debtors, respectively.
4. Enable the credit limit and credit days feature from the Accounts Features tab.
5. Then you can enable the credit limit for the parties.
6. After that, enter the transactions with relevant details such as quantity, amount, etc.
7. Now you can manage the receivables and payables in the software to navigate the display reports. 8. You can access the report under the Display section
9. Some of the important reports are outstanding analysis, Amount receivable and payable, Aeging receivable and payable, etc.
10. Also, you can send the payment reminder to parties from the print/email/SMS option

To customize Statement of A/C format as per your requirements can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Here you find an option with named "Letter Text Configuration" here select Statement of A/C and click on Add Format and mention any name and save.
Step 3: Now when enter on Statement of A/C then you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Clicking on the format name will allow you to customize Header & Footer part you can select as needed.

To analyze outstanding dues of more than 6 months in BUSY Demo version, if you have 6 months or more of data in BUSY, you just need to enter the last date as per 6 months, as you can view any report more then 1 month in demo version of BUSY but only You can enter 1 month data in BUSY in demo version.
To view report please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Outstanding Analysis from display
Step 2: And select Bill Receivable.
Step 3: Then choose One Account or All Accounts and select the party. You can see pending, due, and all included reports. You can also select the group as sundry debtors
Step 4: Then enter starting date & ending date according to 6 months and then view the bill-wise report.
How do I add a text-based custom column to my aging report? What are the steps?
To add text based custom colum report in BUSY you need to follow the steps
1 go to display menu and click on outstanding analysis
2 then click on ageing receivable or payable
3 select one or group or selected account and set date range to view the report
4 then click on custom column option and create a name
5 then click on add column and fill a header name and set the position of colum
set alignment and data type as text or numeric or date
6 then select data field and click on category and select the form where from you choose
the custom field
7 then click on field and select the alphabetical option and search the field name you want then select and save field and save format and save
How do I generate a payment reminder in BUSY?
If you want to generate or send a payment reminder to your customers using BUSY, you can follow these simple steps:
Step 1: First, open your company and click on the Print / Email / SMS tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Then, click on Outstanding Analysis and choose Payment Reminder option.
Step 3: Next, you can view the report by selecting one of these options: Balance Only, Pending Bills or Due Bills.
Step 4: After that, you can filter the report by party. You can select One Party, Group of Parties, All Parties or Selected Parties as per your requirement.
Step 5: Now, you can select the report date and print it or export it as a PDF file.
Step 6: You can also share it via Email, Whatsapp or BUSY BNS app with your customers.

You can create a new customized receivables report in BUSY, Please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on Display menu
Step 2 Click on outstanding report
Step 3 Click on amount receivable and open the report
Step 4 Click on custom column option available on upper right corner
Step 5 Type the new report format name and press enter
Step 6 Click on Add new column
Step 7 Mention here heading name of column, select position, data type
Step 8 Click on category and select account master, select F1 with account name column
Step 9 Click on fields and select which filed you want to see in report
Step 10 Save the format and reopen the report
Step 11 During reopen the report, select new format name and check
