How do I attach a PDF of payment reminder in email sent through BUSY?

To send payment reminder PDF via email through BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Print / Email / SMS.
Step 2: Select Outstanding Analysis and click on Payment Reminder.
Step 3: Select the Report Date and click on Email button.
Step 4: Tick on the PDF Attachment and enter the receipient email id in To field and send.
Note: Make sure email configuration is completed.

Why is the Aging Receivables report not reducing checks/payments received from receivables amount?

The Aging Receivables report does not reduce checks/payments received from the receivables amount because their reference has not been properly adjusted or cleared in the entry/voucher. You have to check reference adjustment details in Bill By Bill window in payment/receipt Entries or you can check our On Account Entry Report under outstanding Analysis Report through which you can find out on which voucher you have skipped the Adjustment reference.

How can I auto create / adjust bill references in BUSY?

To auto create / adjust bill references in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Utilities and click on Reference Management.
Step 3: Select Auto Adjust References and click on Bill-wise References.
Step 4: Here, you can select All Accounts, Group of Accounts or One Account then press ok to proceed.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

How can I set up automatic payment reminders using the BUSY?

In BUSY, automatic payment reminder function is not available. further, you can manually check the pending amount payable and receivable report by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on outstanding analysis report.
Step 2: Select Bills payable or bills receivable report as per need then select party.
Step 3: Choose pending in type of entries to be considered field then specify date range and open the report.

How do I add a new partycustomer in BUSY

To add a new partyorcustomer in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY.
2. Go to the "Mastersmenu.
3. Select "Accountsand then "Parties".
4. Click on the "Addbutton or press the shortcut key "Alt+A".
5. Fill in the required details such as party name, address, contact information, etc.
6. Save the partyorcustomer details by clicking on the "Savebutton or pressing the shortcut key "Ctrl+S".
That's it! You have successfully added a new partyorcustomer in BUSY.

How can I get outstanding balance of sundry debtors?

To get the outstanding balance of sundry debtors in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu and click on outstanding analysis option.
Step 2: Select amount receivable option then click on group of accounts tab.
Step 3: Specify the group name as sundry debtors and mention the report date.
Step 4: Press ok to open the report and check the outstanding balance.

The software does not seem to have an option to directly see credit transactions. I have to manually track and calculate credits taken/given. Is there a report or feature where I can directly see credit details?

Yes, there is an outstanding analysis report available in BUSY, through which you can check the outstanding details of receivables/payables from the display menu.
Note : For proper data for bills receivable or payable, you have to maintain bill by bill option properly, it means you have to make reference from proper on voucher. Similarly, you will have to adjust the same reference in payment and receive vouchers accordingly.

Some transactions are not appearing in my aging report as I expect based on due date versus bill date. What determines how transactions show in aging?

You may have skipped creating a bill reference on your voucher or you may not have entered the current date in bill status as on date option when you are viewing the aging report, due to which you are unable to view that vouchers. Transactions are displayed in aging reports based on their age, typically grouped by aging periods such as 0-30 days, 31-60 days, and so on.

How can I get the bill details along with the total outstanding amount for a customer

To get the bill details along with the total outstanding amount for a customer, Please follow the steps : 
Step 1 : Within the Display or Reports section, find the option that allows you to generate a report on Amounts Receivable - Payableor Bills Receivable and Payable ,Aging Analysis.
Step 2 :After selecting the report option, you will likely be prompted to specify the date range for the report.

I made receipts and payments but they are still showing pending in the outstanding analysis reports. Why are fully adjusted/paid entries still showing up?
