BUSY have features of TDS, ESI, and PF reporting and compliance. It is in the Enterprise Version or Module. Please follow below mention steps to enable Payroll settings. 
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Configration
 Step 3:- Feature /option
 Step 4:- Enterprise Features
 Step 5:- Enable Payroll option 
 Configure and enable details of PF, ESI, TDS on Salary

Please provide more details as what issue you are facing while checking the Bill Payable report in BUSY. Further if not showing proper outstanding then you need to check in the short range and check which details are missing. You can also check On Account Entries report to get that entries in that the bill references not created or adusted.

In BUSY, you can check Ageing reports by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Display menu.
Step 2: Select Outstanding Analysis and can choose Ageing Receivables or Payables.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view the report.
Step 4: To see payment details you need to enter on any particular account so you can see their entries.

To know when a bill payment is due in BUSY, follow below step:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and then click on outstanding analysis submenu
Step 2: Then select bills receivable and other option as per your requirement 
Step 3: Now select due option in type of entries to be considered, and specify date range and press ok to view report.

To track the voucher whose payment in pending, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click on Outstanding analysis report.
Step 2: Choose the Bills payable option then you can select the party as per requirement.
Step 3: A window will appear, Select Pending for type of entries to be considered and Press on OK tab and view the report.

To see due bills pending and days , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to display then outstanding analysis 
Step 2: Select bills receivable then one account , group of account or all account as per requirement 
Step 3: Now select entries to be considered as pending 
Step 4: Mention date range and bill status on then open report 

Outstanding analysis is a Report in which show outstanding payment and track your account receivable.In outstanding analysis you can check multiple Report like bills Receivable,amount receivable and bills payable etc. 
In bills receivable  and in bills payable report show all adjustment detail in which you can easily track of which bill payment you not received or not made.

To customize BUSY reports and set alerts for your business needs, you can use the customization options available in the software. You can customize the columns, filters, and formatting of the reports to display the information you require. Additionally, you can set up alerts and notifications for various events and transactions in BUSY to stay informed about important updates.

You can check due date of bills in BUSY software
 Please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display
 Step 2 Click on Outstanding analysis
 Step 3 Click on Bills payable or Bills receivable
 Step 4 During open the report there is a option type of entries to be considered
 Step 5 Select here Due and check report

To add an item to Outstanding Analysis Amount Receivable in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to display then outstanding analysis 
Step 2 : Click on amount receivable report on enter add custom column but only item name first from voucher will come in report no other item name will come under this report.
