What is the difference between pending bills and due bills?

The difference between pending bills and due bills in BUSY is that pending bills refer to all the bills that have not been paid yet, while due bills refer to only that bills which due date is crossed and have not been paid yet.

I deducted an invoice recently but it is still showing in the + days bucket. How can I move this to the - days bucket?

The invoices are showing in the ageing report slabs on the basis of how old they are and from how many days they are due. So if you want to change the slab then you need to modify them and change the due date.

What does it mean when a statement is not adjusted? How do I adjust it?

When you checking bill wise statement report and it show outstanding it means either you have not posted payment and receipt entries or not adjusted the bill references.
To fix it you need to record payment or receipt entries and adjust the relevant bill references.

I am seeing double columns in the Bill Receivable report How can I show only a single column
