Step 1: First, open your company and click on the Print / Email / SMS tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Then, click on Outstanding Analysis and choose Payment Reminder option.
Step 3: Next, you can view the report by selecting one of these options: Balance Only, Pending Bills or Due Bills.
Step 4: After that, you can filter the report by party. You can select One Party, Group of Parties, All Parties or Selected Parties as per your requirement.
Step 5: Now, you can select the report date and print it or export it as a PDF file.
Step 6: You can also share it via Email, Whatsapp or BUSY BNS app with your customers.

How to track accounts receivable/payable and generate sales/purchase reports?

 If you want to view Amount Receivables / Payables in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Outstanding Analysis.
Step 2: Choose the Amount Receivable / Amount Payable that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Accounts, Group of Accounts or Selected Accounts. Then, enter the end date for tracking the outstanding amount and open the report.
To generate Sales / Purchase reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books. Then, select Account Registers (Standard).
Step 2: Select the Sales Register / Purchase Register that you want to view. You can filter the report by All Parties, Group of Parties, Selected Parties or One Party.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. This will show you the Sale / Purchase data for the specified period.

How do I record purchase invoices and payments in BUSY

 To create and customize vouchers in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the Vouchers section.
2. Click on the Create Voucherbutton to start creating a new voucher.
3. Select the type of voucher you want to create, such as sales, purchase, payment, receipt, etc.
4. Fill in the necessary details in the voucher, such as party name, item details, amounts, etc.
5. Customize the voucher format by going to the Voucher Configurationsettings.

 If You Want To manage accounts receivable and payable in BUSY Follow These Steps: 
1.Its mandatory To enable Bill by Bill Ref. in Accounts.
2.For Enable Bill By Bill Go to Administration Then Configuration
3.Then Select Features & option then Clcik on Accounts & Enable bill by Bill & save the page.
4.Then in Account master Enable Bill By Bill.
5.Then Enter The Voucher & Create Bill by Bill Reference in Transactions.
6.For Trackig Go To the Display Menu Then Click on Outstanding Analysis.
7.Then Click on Bills Receivable/Payable
8.Many Options Appear i.g. If You Want To Generate Reports For One Accounts Click on Account Option Then Select Accordingly.
9.Select Date Range, Accounts & Other Options Then Press F2(OK) & Generate the Reports.
10.In This Report You Can Track All of Your Bills With Pending Amount & date, Due Amount & date, Adjuted Amount & date
