Step 2: Item Barcode printing ( We can print Barcode from Multiple Options)
Step 3: Item Account Label Printing ( We can Print Lables).
Note : Barcode Characters should be between 5-20 Characters.
How can I enable the barcode if I dont have a scanner or it gets damaged?
If you don't have a barcode scanner or it gets damaged, you can still enable the barcode feature in BUSY. You can manually enter the barcode number for each item in the software and it will work the same way as scanning the barcode.
How do I configure the barcode in the old format only?
To Configure old barcode follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Add On.
Step 2: Click on Item barcode printing.
Step 3: Select Configure bar codes labels.
Step 4: Click Configure Formate.
Step 5: Go to Configure Label Define according to your requirement name mrp and barcode and save.
How do i print barcode from BUSY?
If you want to print barcode from BUSY, you need to first configure a barcode format. To design a barcode format you can contact to your authorized channel partner or contact us on our support helpline number.
Note: Barcode designing is a chargeable service.
reasons for braocde skip blank sticker?
If barcode skip blank sticker then there could be multiple reason
1 It could be possible at the time of printing you are using skip lines option
2 It could be possible the design you are selecting for print is not configured properly
How can I adjust the alignment and size of the barcode and MRP fields?
You can adjust the alignment and size of the barcode and MRP fields in BUSY by customizing the barcode design in the Addon menu and targeting the body section of the invoice to increase the character size for the MRP field.
barcode not prining in second row
If barcode is not printing in second row, you can check these points:
1. Make sure while printing barcode, No of lines to skip should be 0.
2. Check from barcode configuration no. of lables in one row should be more than 1.
If I delete a stock journal entry after creating it, will the barcode still scan properly when I receive the final product later?
If the barcode number exist in that stock journal entry in that case you are unable to scan the barcode so make sure you have not deleted the entry that contains that barcode number that you want to scan
When printing barcode from BUSY it is cutting from right side. How do it correct it?
If barcode is cutting from right side then you need to check the height and width of barcode by going to Add on and then Item Barcode Printing. Further you can concern with them who configure it for you.
