How to merge two customer accounts in BUSY?

Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Bulk Updation
Step 3: Merge Masters
Step 4: Accounts
Step 5: Select Source Account - Mention the account which want to merge.
Step 6: Select Target Account - Mention the account in which want to merge the source account.
Step 7: Delete source data after merging , Either do Yes or No as per your requirement.
Note : Do this process after the Data Backup.

How to enter opening balances for accounts?

In BUSY, we can mention it opening balances in Accounts.
Follow Below Steps :
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Account
Step 3: Modify
We can also add the opening Balances in Bulk for Accounts. Click On Below Options.
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Multiple Account Creation/Modifcation option.
Step 2: Select the Either New Master / Modify Masters then field of Opening Balance, Account Name.
Step 3: Click on Load Master then add it opening balances.

To merge two bank ledger you need to remove opening balance and settlement 
details first then follow the steps to merge bank accounts
1 Go to administration menu and click on Bulk updation
2 Click on merge master and select account then select the source bank and target
bank and make Y in delete source account after merging data option if you want to
remove source bank account

I have over retail items in BUSY. How can I quickly update the "Maintain MRP wise sale price" field to "No" for all items?

If you want to mention N in MRP Wise details feature for all items in bulk you can follow given steps:
Step: 1 Take the latest backup of the company.
Step: 2 Go to administration - bulk updation- multiple item creation and modification.
Step: 3 Load item master and then specify MRP Wise details field and copy and paste N from excel in the MRP Wise field in bulk updation.

Can I select all or only specific accounts to update their opening balance on the multiple account creation or modification page?

Yes, you can select all or only specific accounts to update their opening balance on the multiple account creation or modification page as by using these steps:
Step 1: Click on load masters button and can tick on all accounts or account group as required then click on show list.
Step 2: From list either you can select accounts or select all as per the requirements then press ok.

Is there an option to delete the source data after merging through bulk updation?

Yes, you can delete the source account after merging in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updations then click on Merge Masters and select Accounts.
Step 3: Select the Source and Target master and set Y on option available Delete Source Account After Merging Data.
Step 4: Click on Ok to proceed and check after complete it.

How to delete unused item groups with opening balance in BUSY?

To delete unused item groups with opening balance in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on bulk upadation.
Step 3: Choose delete unused masters then tick on item.
Step 4: Select group of items and select item group for item deletion.
Step 5: Sepcify Y to delete item with opening balance if required then click on ok tab.

Why are stock updation window not appearing even after entering the voucher date?

If the stock updation window is not appearing even after entering the voucher date, then might be the feature is not enabled. To enable this feature follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Tick on seperate stock updation date in dual vouchers then save.

How can I update multiple receipts at once?

To enter multiple receipts at once, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updations then click on Bulk Receipts.
Step 3: Select Amount Receivable or Bills Receivable as required and enter the date then click on down arrow.
Step 4: Then, select the VchType, Series, Date and Bank/Cash Acc then enter the Amt. Rcvd. and save.

How do I configure replicate templates in BUSY?

For using the voucher replication option in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to administration menu and select bulk updation option.
Step 3: Then select voucher replication option and select voucher replication basis.
Step 4: Then select voucher to replicate and create template from new template option.
Step 5: Then select the frequency for voucher replication and click on replicate option.
