How can I remove a company from the financial year list in BUSY Accounting Software?
To remove or delete single financial year or company from BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 3: select delete company/ single F.Y then select the required company.
Step 4: Now, choose complete company if you want to delete the whole company or select single financial year to delete single year from the company.
Step 5: Click on ok to delete the data.
Do I need to delete each company separately from the financial year list?
Yes, you need to delete required company separately from BUSY by follow these steps:

Yes, you can add company logo on invoice,
To add the company logo Follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then Configuration
Step 2: Click on Features and Options and then click on Display Setting
Step 3: In Display setting there was a option Maintain Company Logo image Enable that
Step 4: Enter the logo image path.
Step 5: Logo image file should be in .jpeg format
Step 6: Click on Save or Press F2
How can I manage my new firm using BUSY?
To manage your new firm using BUSY:
1. Create a new company profile.[Create a New Company and specify necessary details like GSTIN, Address etc]
2. Configure required inventory, Accounting and operational settings.
3. Set up Inventory and Account masters and enter opening balances.
4. Record transactions and invoices.
5. Reports can be generated on the basis of transactions.
6. Ensure regular backups for data security.

Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu
Step 2: Select set data directory and check the data path.

Step 1: Open the sql server management studio then connect the same.
Step 2: Right click on sql server then click on properties.
Step 3: Check the root directory in which sql data file exists.
How can I copy master and user configurations from an existing company when creating a new company in BUSY?
To copy master and user configurations from an existing company when creating a new company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select create company option then specify the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now tick on copy masters, configuration and users then click on select company and choose existing company name.
Step 4: Click on save option to create a company.

If you want to switch from being a composition dealer to a regular dealer, you
can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu, click on the Configuration sub-menu,
select the Feature and Option, and then choose the GST/VAT tab. Here, you
should change the dealer type from composition to regular.
Step 2: It's recommended to create a new company for composition firms if
the switch is being made midway through the year.
I want to add my business address in the software. Where do I enter these details?
To add your business address in the software, follow these steps:
Step 1:Go to the Company menu.
Step 2:Select Edit Company.
Step 3:Enter your address in the provided field.
Step 4:Save the information.
Step 5:You may be asked to update standard printing formats for documents/vouchers; choose Yes or No based on your needs.
