To copy master and configurations from an existing company when creating a new company in BUSY, follow these steps: Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu. Step 2: Select create company option then specify the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details. Step 3: Now tick on copy masters and configuration then click on select company and choose existing company name. Step 4: Click on save option to create a company.

To delete the old company's data from the directory, you need to follow these steps: Step 1: First open BUSY and go to set data directory and check the data path. Step 2: Open that data path in your system drive and you will see all the companys with code number. You can only change starting of financial year if you have only one financial year and no voucher is posted . If you start financial from October month then it will end at settember not March. To restore a backup in BUSY Accounting software, go to the Company menu and select the Restore Data option. Choose the folder that contains the backup files and click on OK to start the restoring process. If the same data already exists, BUSY will provide an option to overwrite it. It is recommended to take a backup of the current data before restoring and to never overwrite the old data.
