If your details are not getting updated in the software even after making changes, you can try the following steps to fix this issue: 
1. Double-check that you have saved the changes after making them.
2. Make sure that you have logged in from Super User.
3. Restart the software and try updating the details again.

I want to move my BUSY data to a different drive/folder location. How do I change the data path?

1. close your BUSY
2. go to the current data path
3. then copy data in another location
3. after that copy that data path
4. open BUSY and click on set data directory then set new data path. press ok
5. and open company.

How can I update my BUSY release to the latest version?

To update your BUSY release to the latest version,Follow the steps below:
Step 1: open BUSY then go to check BUSY updates
Step 2: Now click on download updates
Step 3: After downloading close BUSY
Step 4: You will find two setup on desktop
Step 5: Install both the setup one by one on the same folder when BUSY is installed

How do I setup a new company profile in BUSY?

To set up a new company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and click on the Create Company tab under Company menu.
Step 2: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Financial year, Address, GSTIN ( If applicable), etc and save.
Step 3: After creating that you can set a username and password for your company.

How can I change the GST number of my company?

To change the GST number of your company, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 3: Click on GST / VAT tab and here you can update your GST number under the GSTIN field.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

How can I amend the old address to insert the new one?

To change address in company , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now enter new address in field and save the changes.
Step 3: Now one prompt will come for change in standard format so you need to click on Yes option.If it is design Format then change in advance format.

How can we add the GST details of the company in BUSY?

To add the GST details of company in BUSY , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Select the features and option menu then choose GST/VAT tab
Step 3: Mention the GST details like GSTIN , GST portal user name ,type of dealer and return filing frequency and save the configuration.

I am unable to add GST details to the invoice in BUSY software. How can I fix this?

If you are unable to get GST details or GSTIN of company on invoice in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Select the features and option menu then choose GST/VAT tab
Step 3: Mention the GSTIN of the company and save the configuration . Now check the invoice print.

Can I give a backup of my companys data to someone else for them to restore and use?

Yes, you can give a backup of your company's data to someone else for them to restore and use by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select backup data option.
Step 2: Specify the path for backup then cilck on ok button.
Step 3: Now you can send that backup files to someone else to restore and use.

How do I configure my company for GST reporting and enter the GST number of the company?

To configure your company for GST reporting in BUSY Accounting software, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Click on Feature/Options and then choose GST/VAT tab.
Step 3: Enable GST/VAT Reporting feature.
Step 4: Enter company GSTIN and then save the changes.
