The HSN codes in my BUSY are not sequenced properly. How can I sequence the HSN codes?

there is no need to sequenced HSN code in BUSY because of every product have a different HSN code but if you want to sequenced HSN code then open item list with HSN code and click on HSN code heading software will be auto sequenced HSN code in list.

Why am I unable to change the state of my company when I go to company edit?

To change the state of company in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Click on Feature/Options and then choose Regional Settings.
Step 3: From the drop down list, select the desired state of the company, and then save the changes.

Should I enter a date in the Books Commencing field at the time of company creation?

Yes, you should enter a date in the Books Commencing field at the time of company creation. In this data field, you will enter the date from which you start the books of accounts. By default, the Financial year Beginning from date is displayed as Books Commencing from date.

How do I update my contact information in BUSY if my phone number or email changes?

update contact information in BUSY if phone number or email changes then follow these steps 
1. open your BUSY
2. then open your company in which you want to change phone number or email.
3. click on edit company option
4. then changed phone number or email and save it.

Is it possible to view the previous address on old vouchers after changing the address?

No,it is not possible to view the previous address on old vouchers but if you have saved bill in system then you can check it. further if it is design format and did not change address in format so you can print from that format to view old address.

I have two companies set up will adding an address column impact both companies?

If you add an address column to the company, it will affect the company in which you are making changes, while the other company will remain the same. Since both companies have different configurations, any impact will be confined to the particular company where a configuration change is made.

How can I add or update my company information on BUSY Software?

By following below steps you can add or update your company information in BUSY:
Step 1: Open company.
Step 2: Then in menu bar select company option.
Step 3: Then option called edit company wil appear.
Step 4: Click on edit company and add or update your company information.
Step 5: Save and proceed.

How can I delete a dummy company created without a super password?

To delete dummy comapy from BUSY follow the step below
Step 1: After opening BUSY go to option delete company/ single financial year
Step 2: Select then compary you wish to delete , click on complete company in delete company window
Step 3: Now click on yes on data deletion prompt

How can i create multiple user of a company in BUSY?

To create multiple user of a company in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then select User and click on add option
Step 2: Then Define the username, password, and provide rights by specifying tick or untick in front of the options under Menu rights

Step 2: Click on the Company menu, then click Edit Company Menu.
