If you wants to specify Multiple GSTIN for account ledger then you can specify it into 
Account alias option but if you want to specify it for you company then
you can use the Multi Branch option which is an Enterprise feature

What should i enter in books commencing from date in BUSY while creating a company?

Books Commencing From date is the starting point for your financial records. It represents the date from which you want to begin tracking your financial transactions. You can enter the date from when you want to start recording your business transactions in the BUSY.

I am getting an error related to data directory mismatch in client and server. How to resolve this?

To fix the data directory mismatch follow these steps:
Step 1: Check data directory in main server and match with client server.
Step 2: Untick Abover information for current session only ok.
Step 3: Close both BUSY and restart BUSY in main server then client server.

I have issues with my GSTIN or URN on E-Invoice. How can I modify it in BUSY?

To modify or update the company GSTIN, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select features and option then click on GST/VAT tab
Step 3: Update the GST number of company in GSTIN field and save the configuration.

To change the default GST billing period from monthly to quarterly or vice versa in BUSY, go to Feature and Options, select GST and VAT, and check the return frequency. Then, select the desired billing period (monthly or quarterly) and save the changes.

To change the company name you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your company and open it
Step 2: Now click on the company menu option and click on edit company option.
