What is the option for copying master configuration from old company to another new company ?
During company creation there is an option of copy master and configuration so you have to tick that option and selct the company of which you want master configuration.After save company configuration all master and configuration will be copy.
Change company address globally in BUSY. Process to change the address in one place for all.
To change the company address gobally in BUSY, you have to do :
Step 1 : click on company menu
Step 2 : edit company
Step 3 : change the company address
Step 4 : save with print details same in invoice also

Step 1 : Open BUSY

To check which version of BUSY you are running in different locations, you can go to the 'Help' menu in the software and select 'About BUSY'. This will display the version number of the software you are currently using.
What happens if I delete the company and financial year after splitting the data?
If you delete the company and financial year after splitting the data ,data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered as data exist in your system. Therefore, it is important to take a backup before deleting any data.
Why cant the customer split financially and what is causing the authentication issue?
Due to user right sub user cannot split the financial year of the company that's way BUSY showing a message window that you do not have the authority to split the financial year.
Only super user can split FY

You can update your company details from edit company option.

How can I restore a deleted voucher in the BUSY Accounting Software?
In BUSY, there is not an option to restore deleted vouchers since they are permanently removed from the database. However, if you have a backup of the data, you can restore it. Alternatively, you can manually re-enter the voucher.
