For view cvompany GST Number you can go to the administration menu then go in configuration menu then go in features/option menu then go in GST/VAT then check GST number or if not available then you can mention.

To regenerate the master ledger and item list files, you need to go to the Housekeeping option and select the Regenerate Master Health File option. Then, select the All Master option and click OK to start the process.

Q: Can I delete a financial year from any user account or just the main user account?

You can delete a financial year from main user of the company in BUSY accounting software because other user have restricted to delete the financial year while main user have full rights and no restriction in any process.

Q: How can I retrieve the data of previous companies that are not showing up in BUSY?

You can retrieve the data of previous companies in BUSY from the below-given steps:- Step 1: Check the folder where the data is saved. Step 2: If the data is not visible, you can try restoring it from a backup.
