For change email in company please follow these steps
1. Open company then Go in company menu
2. Then Go in Edit company and change email id and save cofiguration

Yes, you can convert a company created under VAT into GST in BUSY. Additionally, you can switch the company from VAT to GST by using the shortcut key F12.

If option not showing to create the new company in BUSY it means you have not installed BUSY properly so try to reinstall your BUSY again and then check

To delete company or business from BUSY follow steps:
Step 1 : Take backup of that company from backup data

Step 1: Go to company menu then click on close company option.
Step 2: Then under company menu click on exist BUSY option.
Should I mention my accountant and CA details in the software?
Yes, you should mention your accountant and CA details in BUSY Accounting software as well. If you do not have this information, you can leave the fields blank.
