To transfer the stock from one warehouse to another then follow the below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Transactions
 Step 2: Then Stock Transfer
 Step 3: Then Add
 Here you have mention the material centre From which you are transfering the stock To the another material centre.

If you are unable to issue certain item, then check the possible aspects:
1. Check if you have sufficent stock of relevant item master.
2. Ensure that particular item master is not blocked or deactivate from utilities option.
3. Confirm that dont maintain stock balance is disable in item master.

You can check the material issue to party voucher report in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on issue-receipt analysis
Step 3: Then check the report as item wise and party wise and as the other option showing according to it

Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration 
Step 3:- Feature / Option
Step 4:- Inventory
Step 5:- Enable Job Work 
Step 6:- Configure In House Job Work, "Enable tracking option"
After enable Go to Transactional Tab, Material Received Then Add bill

To enter the PIN code for automatic generation of Eway bill and e invoice follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select Features and Options.
Step 4: Go to GST/VAT Tab.
Step 5: Click on Eway bill required yes and mention Place and Pincode.

To create a material issue to party in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and then select material issue to party voucher.
Step 2: And then select Add option and add other details in voucher entry
Step 3:Here, fill necessary details and save the inventory.

To transfer stock between warehouses in BUSY accounting software, you can use the stock transfer feature. 
Step 1: Go to transaction then stock stransfer 
Step 2: Click on add
Step 3: then mention From material center and to material center 
Step 4: Mention items and save voucher .

To edit or change the voucher date after entry in BUSY, you can go to the voucher entry screen, select the voucher you want to edit, and then modify the date field to the desired date. Save the changes, and the voucher date will be updated accordingly.

The unit quantities are not updating properly when make changes. It is still showing the old small NOS units because of you directly preview the invoice w/o saving you need to re-save the voucher then print invoice after that changed unit quantities will print in invoice.
