The Alias can no be blank error no occurs in BUSY, you can leave blank your Item and Account alias. However, if you done any customization related to this then you need to contact them from whom you customize it.

To view the HSN code and units of measure for an item in BUSY, you can go to the Item Master section. In the Item Master, you will find the HSN code and units of measure listed for each item.

Steps for Adding  item master ,please follow:
Step 1:- Go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2:- And then select Item option and click on the add tab
Step 3:-  enter all relevant details and save the master. 

To see the complete address of a party in BUSY, you need to ensure that all the address fields are filled correctly in address. If any of the fields are left blank, the complete party address may not be visible.

You should validate and update the HSN codes to the appropriate length in BUSY to avoid errors. You can also check reports to identify invalid codes and update them accordingly.and also can search the HSN code related to your item.

To edit the base unit for an item in BUSY, you can go to the "Item Master" section and select the item you want to edit. Then, click on the "Unit Conversion" tab and modify the base unit as needed.

TO update item and unit in BUSY:
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Masters
Step 3 : Item
Step 4 : Select on modify mode
Step 5 : Select the item who want to modify
Step 6 : Update unit and other details

To Delete the Item Master Press F8 Shortcut Key.

Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Utilities
Step 3: Block Account and Item
Step 4: Select Master Type - Item 
Step 5: Either for One or All Item

To remove the transporter from party master in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master
Step 2: Select account then click on modify
Step 3: open the required master then remove transporter and save the master.

Sundry creditor and sundry debtor are separate ledger accounts in BUSY Accounting Software used to manage transactions with creditors and debtors, respectively. These accounts are created to track the amounts owed to or by a business for purchases or sales.
