2. open master configuration
3. select item as master type
4. mentioned no of optional fields that you want in item master
5. enter field name , type , decimal palces then save it.
6. after that create or modify any item master

you can follow these steps to create new Bank account for different states.
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu.
Step 2: Select Masters option and click on Account option
Step 3: Under Account option click on Add.
Step 4: Enter General Info Account name as Bank Name or Bank Account No.
Step 5: Enter Address and select State of Bank Name.
Step 6: Select GSTIN and Click On save.

To create a Bank Account in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.

Step 3: Enter the bank Account name and select group as Bank Accounts.
Step 4: After entering details save the account master by clicking on save button or using F2 shortcut Key.

To view all debitors with their GST number in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu master and then select account option
Step 2: Then select list option and then click on Screen option and then select standard format option
Step 3: Now select group of account option and then select group name as sundry debtors and make sure to enable show GST details option as Y and press ok to view list.
Can i modify my item unit even if its been used in voucher?
Yes, you can modify item unit even its been used in voucher in BUSY?
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data before any process
Step 2: Go to Administration menu and then submenu master and then select Item option
Step 3: Then select modify option and then select the item master in which you want to modify unit
Step 4: Click on check unit change option and change the unit, then save item master by pressing save option.

To check if the opening quantity is getting updated after importing items in BUSY, you can check items list by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Select masters then click on item and choose list option.
Step 3: Select screen option then choose standard format and can select either all items or group of items as required.
Step 4: After opening it you will see items list with opening stock column.

Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master
Step 2: Choose item option then click on modify tab.
Step 3: Select the required item master and open in modify mode.
Step 4: Now, Click on item group field and press F3 shortcut key to create item group master.
Step 5: After create the item group, select the same in item master and save the item master.
How can I show a sale that has no taxable value?
To show a sale that has no taxable value in BUSY, Please follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and select Sales voucher type from submenu.
Step 2: Click on Add Option.
Step 3: Now fill voucher header details like , date , voucher number, MC Name , Sale type.
Step 4: And Select the Exempt sale type for non taxable value invoice or zero rated voucher.
Step 5: Add other details and save the voucher.
