If the pin code of party not updated in party master then it will not pick automatic during voucher entry. You can follow these steps to update pin code of account in their master:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose account option then click on modify tab.
Step 3: Select the required master then update the pincode in party master and save it.

When creating a new party for purchase records, it is showing that the name already exists. How can I create a new party with the same name?

In BUSY , you cannot create a new party with the same name if it already exists. You can mention unique prefix and suffix in order to differentiate the account. Follow these steps to create account master in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose account then click on add and update the account name, group, gst details etc and save it.

What is the process for recording payments from customers in BUSY?How can I manage inventory and stock items in BUSY?

TO record payment entry in BUSY:
Step 1 : CLick on transaction
Step 2 : CLick on payment
Step 3 : Select add
Step 4 : Select relevant account and amount
Step 5 : Save

Step 1: Vist on https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on registration.
Step 3: Select e-inovice enablement.

The unit of measurement (UQC) for my inventory items is incorrect in BUSY. How can I modify the UQC?

You can't I enter UQC manually by typing, you need to select UQC from dropdown as these UQC’s are predefined as per GST guideline, Please refer to the steps below for select the correct UQC :
1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Masters
3. Go to Unit
4. Select Modify and pick the corrcet UQC
If the required UQC is not there then you can select OTHERS UQC from dropdown.

Can I add a sub group in an item group master which is a primary group in BUSY?

Yes, you can add a sub group in an item group master which is a primary group in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Click on item group then select modify tab
Step 3: After the required group in modify mode, Specify N for primary group then update sub group in under group field and save the master.

I am unable to add party pincodes in BUSY. Where can I enter party addresses with pincodes?

To add party addresses with PIN codes in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then Click on Masters.
Step 2: Click on Account master.
Step 3: Three options will be displayed: Add/Modify/List.
Step 4: Click on Modify to edit the Account master you want.
Step 5: Enter the party address and pincodes in the designated fields, such as Address and PIN Code.

Step 1: Go to Administration Menu and then click on Masters
Step 2: Select the account and adjust it accordingly.
Step 3: In the Station and 'Pincode' fields, mention them accordingly.

How can I create a new discount structure in BUSY for the item-wise discount feature?

To create a new discount structure in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration section and click on the Master menu.
Step 2: Select Misc. Masters option, then choose the Discount Structure tab and click on Add.
Step 3: Specify the discount structure name, select the discount type, and configure the master settings as per your requirements.
