Why can't the software automatically pull location and PIN code for parties? Do I have to manually enter this information?
Want location and PIN code to be auto-populated in the party master and transport window:
1.It cannot be auto-populated in the Party Master or Transport window.
2.If you want to auto-fill station or PIN code in the Account Master, validate the GST number, then press Update back & quit.
3.All information will be filled automatically.
4.You can enter transport details manually it cannot be picked automatically.

To specify path of scanned image of pre-printed cheque in BUSY to configure cheque printing you can follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to administration menu click
Step 2. Go to configuration click
Step 1. In cheque printing option click
Step 2. Go to configure format click
Step 3. Then click on configure cheque
Step 4. In cheque configuration for format you will get the option of specify the cheque image in preview
Step 5. Now you can Browse the path of scanned image of cheque.
The reports are showing incorrect figures. How to resolve this?
To resolve the reports which are showing incorrect figures, You can follow the given Steps are as under :
1. Took Backup the Data, then go to House keeping.
2. Then click on Re-indexing data
3. Make sure that you have not enabled any unwanted features.
4. Re-save the voucher again.
5. Check the bill sundry amount tagging.

The place details are not getting captured in the E-Invoice generated from BUSY. What setting do I need to change?
If place details are not getting captured in the E-Invoice, you can check these points.
Step 1. Check the company name and address in the Edit Company option on the company menu. Look for special characters or check for any blank spaces.
Step 2. Go to Administrations,then Masters and click on Modify. Select the account master and check the address, station, and pincode.
Step 3. Ensure you enter the correct address in the billing/shipping window.
Step 4. Ensure you enter the station and pincode in the transport window.
I want to automatically generate transport documents like Built-Ins in BUSY. How can this be done?

What is the auto adjust references option in the Bulk Updation Administration of BUSY?
The auto-adjust references option in BUSY is used to adjust references automatically on a first in first out (FIFO) basis for one, selected, or a group of parties.
To auto create and adjust reference in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Utilities and click on Reference Management.
Step 3: Select Auto Adjust References and click on Bill-wise References.
Step 4: Here, you can select All Accounts, Group of Accounts or One Account then press ok to proceed.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.
Can backup be created at the time of closing the company in BUSY?
Yes, backup can be created at the time of closing the company in BUSY,To configure follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and click on configuration submenu and after that select backup configuration option
Step 2: Specify the daywise path for a backup such as monday,tuesday etc
Step 3: Then select prompt for backup at the time of closing company option as y to enable it
Step 4: To enforce backup select enforce backup at the time of closing company option as y to enable it
Step 5: Now select save to save the configuration.
I'm not able to select or edit the transporters even after adding them multiple times. What could be the issue?
If you are unable to select the transporter name in the voucher then have to check if the specific transporter name is successfully saved in BUSY data, you can check the transporter list in BUSY, follow these steps to view transporter list:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Miscellaneous Data Entry.
Step 2: Select Input Transporter GSTIN/ID and then click on Load Transporters.
Step 3: Check transporter details added correctly in the list.
Step 4: If transporter name is not showing then have to create transporter name by F3 and mention transporter name.
Can I receive any alerts or alarms for due dates without having to check software daily?
Yes, you can set up warning alarms in BUSY to receive alerts for due dates,follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and click on configuration submenu.
Step 2: Then click on warning alarms option and select due bills while invoicing option as warning only, then save the configuration.
Step 3: After that if you select a party with due bills in the invoice, a message will pop up on your screen to let you know that the credit limit for this party has been surpassed when you try to save the invoice.
