Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Then open the item from modify or list in which you you want to add hsn code

Why do invoices from BUSY show additional digits in tax amounts, and how do I fix it?
To fix additional digits in tax amounts in BUSY you need to check these points:
1: check sale type and its calcultaion.
2: Auto round off bill sundry check how it is calculating .
3: If Auto round off not calculating then goto voucher series configuration click on sales.
4: Go to voucher configuration and auto round off option No then save.
5: Manually feed auto round off after tax apply.
Can't see UQC, pin code, etc., in invoice creation screen in BUSY. How to make them visible?
The Unit Quantity Code (UQC), Pincode field does not auto-populate you need to manually update the UQC field. If you want to update the UQC, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration select Masters, then click on Units, and finally, click on Modify.
Step 2: Select the unit and set your UQC for this unit.
Step 3: Or Set The Pincode In account Master or in Transport window or In E-invoice Configuration.
If my product comes in a packet of pieces, how do I set that up in BUSY?
If you want to enter product with two unit then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then configuration then feture options
Step 2: Then select inventory then tick option of alternative unit of items
then save the configuration.
Step 3: Then go to administration menu then master then add item
Step 4: Now you will have a option of alternate unit to set for item so that
you can enter transaction with both item.
I refreshed a report but the changes I made previously are not showing. Why is this?

How can I change an item's tax category from taxable goods to taxable services in BUSY?
To Change the tax category from goods to services, then follow these steps.
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Masters
Step 2: Then click on Tax Category and click on Modify. You can also Create Service tax category By click on Add.
Step 3: Then Select the tax category from drop down window and Change type as Service.
Step 4: Now click on Save button to save the changes.
How to show distinct Bill To and Ship To details on an invoice in BUSY?
To Enable Bill to ship to ship details option in BUSY, you need to follow given steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu,
Step 2: Click Configuration,
Step 3: Click Voucher series configuration,
Step 4: Click on sales,select series,

If you have validated the supplier details and still getting an invalid GSTIN error in BUSY, then follow these guidelines to resolve it :
1: Check the GSTIN validation from GST portal.

4: You can switch the GSP ID from webtel to pinnacle or vice versa in GST/VAT option.
How do I regenerate master help files in BUSY after making configuration changes?
To regenerate master help files in BUSY after making configuration changes, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Housekeeping option.
Step 2: Select Regenerate Master Help File.
Step 3: The Regenerate Master window will appear. Choose the appropriate option from the window and click OK to start the process.
Note: It is recommended to take a backup before running any process in the Housekeeping option. You should also take a daily backup to prevent any data loss.
How to Configure Report Headers in BUSY
for Configuring Report Headers in BUSY See the following step:
Step 1 Go to Administration. Click on Configuration.
Step 2 Click on Report Header Printing.
Step 3 Click on Add Format and feed format name, then click on Save.
Step 4 Click on the format name, then click the Configuration Tab.
Step 5 Click or press the ALT+ tab to access the Load Default tab.
Step 6 Modify the format as per your request.
Step 7 Click on Save to save the format.
