Can I define weekly or second weekly offs for employees in the software?

In BUSY, under the employee master there is no provision to define the weekly off. However you can mention weekly off of your whole company by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration then click on List of Holidays and here you can define 1st weekly off and 2nd weekly off then save.

What is the right way to enter customer and vendor GST numbers?

Follow these steps to specify the GSTIN number for Customers and Vendors:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on account option
Step 4: Then open the account in which you want to enter GSTIN number from modify or list option
Step 5: Then specify the GSTIN number in its respective fields and save the master

How do I lock or close a financial year in BUSY

For Lock or Close financial for no further modification. BUSY have Data Freezing option please follow below mention steps for apply data freezing:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Utilities
Step 3:- Data Freezing, Select full apply data freezing "Yand mention date
Note:- We recommend you to do data freezing when you finalize the accounts otherwise you have to defreeze data before every modification

Why is the stock balance being maintained when creating an AMC service item, and how can I prevent this?

There are the following steps if you don't want to maintain stock balance of AMC service item in BUSY : 
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu and then click on Masters
Step 2: Select Item master and either Add or Modify the item
Step 3: On the right side of Item master, Click on Don't maintain stock balance.

If you want to search a feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then click on Search button available on the right panel.
Step 2: Tick on Search in Features / Options / Voucher Configuration and enter your feature name in search string.
Step 3: You will see the related result and can find your feature.

How many maiximum rows are available to enter items details in a sale bill in BUSY?

The maximum rows are available to enter item details in bill in BUSY is 999. By default it will show 128 show to increase it follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration click on configuration
Step 2: Select maximum enteries in voucher and now for item details set maximum rows as 999 or as needed and click on save button.

Can I club the same item quantity which enter seperately in the voucher?

Yes, you can club the same item quantity which enter seperately in the voucher.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then voucher series configuration and select the required voucher type.choose the voucher configuration and at the right bottom, press the configure standard pos button and enable the consolidate items while saving and save it.

How can i update the PAN number of party in BUSY?

If you want to update the PAN number of party in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters submenu
Step 2: Then click on accounts then open the account master from modify or list button
Step 3: Click on IT PAN field and then change the pan number of party and save the account master

How do I correct errors in transporter IDs created in BUSY?

To correct errors in transporter IDs entered in BUSY, you need to follow these steps to change it:
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and click on GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 2: Click on Input Transporter's GSTIN / ID and then Loan Transporters.
Step 3: The transporter name and their GSTIN / ID will appear, you correct it if wrong and save changes.

Can I filter or customize reports? If so, how?

Yes, you can filter and customize reports in BUSY. To do this, you can apply filters based on various criteria such as date range, specific accounts, transaction types, etc. Additionally, you can customize the columns shown in the reports to include specific fields or information
