You can click on the "X" button in the top right corner to close the software, click on the "-" button to minimize it, or click on the BUSY icon in the taskbar to re-open it if it is already minimized.

Defauld short key will work in BUSY if created short cut key not working then you need to create again and you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Select the one for which you want to create shortcut key.
Step 3: At bottom side after select you can see the option for Create shortcut and you need to click on it and create short cut and save it.

Step 2: Click on Create Shortcut option.
Step 3: Click on print you will get two option print shortcut keys as pre-defined shortcut keys,user-defined shortcut keys or both Select the desired option based on your needs.
Step 4: select standard format for print, you can print, preview or export in pdf.

Why am I unable to find the data in the pen drive after opening it?

If You can't open or find data in pendrive, please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Avoid storing data in a pen drive .
Step 2: Restored data from Backup Files .
Step 3 : Download BAckup files data from Google drive backup folder or local desktop.
Step 4 : create a new folder in pendrive .
Step 5: Copy and paste the backup files data .

How can I delete a security file in BUSY Accounting Software?

In BUSY , there is no option to delete the security file from the BUSY. Please follow below steps:
Step 1: Find the folder on your desktop where the BUSY installed.
Step 2: Look for the System folder and search data security file among the files in the data file folder.
Step 3: Select security file and right click on the file and click on the delete .
