To remove Company name from Invoice print in BUSY , here are some steps : 
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Select the Configuration option.
Step 3: Select the Invoice Document Printing option.
Step 4: Click on the Standard format option.
Step 5: Choose the voucher type you want to customize
Step 6:Modify Company Name Field
Step 7: Save Changes
Step 8: You can preview the invoice before printing.

Is there a way to access the shortcuts without going through the Help menu or Housekeeping?

To access the shortcuts without going through the Help menu or Housekeeping,Here are the some steps for the add shortcuts under favourites menu: 
Step 1: Go to Display menu.
Step 2: Select a particular report which you want to add .
Step 3: click on the button Add to favourite .
Step 4: Same report shortcut will be created in the favourites menu.

To add remarks while cancelling a voucher you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transactions then select voucher type you want to cancel.
Step 2: Click on modify and enter the voucher number which you are going to cancel.
Step 3: Then press Alt+X to cancel voucher.
Step 4: While cancelling voucher, remarks field will auto appear and enter the remarks then press OK.

How can I create shortcut keys for common reports like GST summaries?
