How can I remove the rights to modify an item?
To remove the rights to modify an item in BUSY, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu, click on the User option, and select the Modify option. Choose the user for whom you want to remove the rights.
Step 2: Click on the plus symbol in front of the Administration option under menu rights. The menu rights will show to the right side after opening the Modify User tab.
Step 3: Click on Master Maintenance, then on the Item Modify option. Untick the modify option, and save the changes.
How to set up multiple users and permissions?
To set up multiple users and set their permissions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
Why am I unable to view certain options in BUSY? What should I check to enable those features?
If you are unable to view certain options in BUSY, it means you have logged in with your sub-user credentials. To remove restrictions, access the super user account and follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on User option
Step 2: Click on modify tab and select the required user master
Step 3: Now, provide rights for hidden options that are not displayed for sub users.
Step 4: Save the configuration and check the same by logging in with sub user credentials.
Some menus and options are missing in BUSY. How can I access them?

Why am I unable to modify or edit the vouchers in the software? It says do not have rights to modify vouchers.
May be your company login with a sub user and sub user do not have the right to modify the voucher.
Login your company with super user or give right to sub user.
For give right to sub user please follow these steps:
1. Open company with super user login credential
2. Go to the administration then click on the user.
3. Click on modify and select sub user.
4. Click on Menu right and give the right to modify the voucher.
Add GST number and pin code for billing party in BUSY. Not allowing. What to do?
You should follow below steps If BUSY not allow you to add GST number and pin code for billing party:
Step 1: Login company with admin user.
Step 2: Go in administration.
Step 3: Select users and open relevant user in modify mode.
Step 4: Then give rights for modification in Account master.
Step 5: Save and login company with that particular user.
Step 6: Go in desirede party master.
Step 7: Mention the GST number and pincode in gievn field.
Step 8: Save and proceed for billing.
How can I adjust permissions to enable sub-users to view invoices without allowing edits after submission?
In BUSY, we can create Multiple User and can give rights to them as per our requirement that which masters and transaction user can add, modify, delete , view and for which reports the user can check and customize it.

Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Users
Step 3: Then Add
Step 4: Create User and Password
Step 5: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view.
Why cant I modify any voucher after save in BUSY?
If you are unable to modify any voucher after save then it means you have logged into the company through a sub user account with restrictions.. To provide rights for modification, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin username and password.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on user
Step 3: Click on modify and select the required user name
Step 4: In menu right, expand the transaction then expand required vouchers and tick on modify tab .
Step 5: After provide rights, save the user master.
How to enable multiple user logins in BUSY?
In BUSY, we can create Mutliple User and can give rights to them accordingly.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Users
Step 3: Add
Step 4: Create User and Password
Step 5: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view, modify, delete,cancel and same for which reports he want to allow user can view.
Step 6: On Left Side, User Control - Can enable or disable option as per his requirment for user.
