To create new Users in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

How do I configure company login users for BUSY?

To Configure Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:

If not able to enter transactions in back date entry it is becuase that user the no rights to add transactions in back date entry. To give rights, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users click on modify mode and select user.
Step 2 : Now click on three dots in right side of restrict back date entry and give rights to add transaction and click on ok and save button.

How can I bulk update permissions for multiple BUSY users?

Why is the display for creating an account not appearing?

If you can not see option for creating account because your user do not have rights for creating account , follow the steps below to give rights :
Step 1: Open company with superuser
Step 2: Then go to administration then users
Step 3: Now select modify then select the user
Step 4: Now Go to menu rights
Step 5: Under administration click on master maintenance
Step 6: Then click on account and tick add option then save

Why can I only see sales in the transaction section of a company in BUSY Accounting software?

If you only see sales voucher type in transactions tab section in BUSY, it because of user rights that sub user only have sale voucher rights to see in transactions menu.If want to see all voucher in transaction, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and select user go to menu rights in transactions tick all voucher type and click on save button.

How do I change the access rights for a specific feature from readonly to write access

You can set rights & permission for users in BUSY by using following steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on "Usersoption and click on the Modify button.
Step 4: Select the user from the dropdown list for which you want to set rights.
Step 6: Assign the rights and permissions for that user as per requirements.
Step 7: Click on the Save button to Save changes.
